Nutrition Coaching Services

The work I do is informed by an understanding of how unresolved trauma, including inter-generational trauma and nervous system dysregulation, impact every aspect of our journey towards well-being. I use mineral balancing, nutrition and lifestyle choices and frequency medicine for in-person clients as my primary tools to build/guide your unique health map. I use trauma history and nervous system regulation as the architecture that guides our work together. And I use our connection to nature and self as the rock-solid foundation of my own personal journey and my ongoing work in the world. I will respect the boundaries you have around all this and will ask questions to find those boundaries in our initial intake process. I am happy to answer any questions you may have in your complimentary discovery call.
The letters after my name stand for Functional Diagnostic Nutrition – Practitioner (FDN-P). This is an approach to wellness that uses functional lab testing (when appropriate), individualized protocols, lifestyle changes and referrals to get at the root cause of many common stress-related health complaints, including:
• sleep issues
• headaches
• muscle aches and pains
• digestive issues
• foggy thinking
• fatigue
• allergies/sinus problems
• food sensitivities
• low sex drive
• hormonal imbalances
• emotional fragility
• depression
• anxiety
• skin problems
• and more

My job as a functional nutrition practitioner is to help you identify healing opportunities unique to your individual body, to support you in creating an effective approach to working on those healing opportunities and most importantly, to provide you specific tools, coaching, education and data that will empower you to become your own best advocate for the challenges you’re facing right now and any you might experience over your lifetime.
I’m focusing lab testing for all incoming clients on the HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) test, which is an affordable test that offers insight into a broad array of symptom patterns and functionality in the body.

My practice is built on the following key ideas:
• Unresolved trauma and nervous system dysregulation play a key role in chronic disease processes
• Chronic stress, mineral imbalances and toxicities must be addressed in any healing process
• I work to find root causes rather than treating symptoms
• Bio-individuality – no two people are alike
• I DO NOT DIAGNOSE OR TREAT DISEASE!
• I seek healing opportunities specific to you and provide resources and suggestions to address those opportunities
• The client and practitioner are partners in the journey towards the client’s
• wellness
• Practitioners do not control the outcome of any individual’s health journey
• Connection to nature and self are foundational elements of well-being
• I support the body’s innate wisdom and ability to heal itself
• Every person has a right to the knowledge required to make informed choices
about their bodies, their health and their lives
• The path to disease is often long and winding, the path to wellness is also
• The client’s goals are more important than the practitioner’s goals
• Cultivating the ability to move between stress and relaxation is key to thriving in the modern world
• I wouldn’t be where I am today without the generosity of many practitioners
willing to work with me on a sliding scale. I am open to discussing payment plans and sliding scale options to make this accessible
